PVC sealing strip:

The raw material is mainly made of PVC resin mixed with other auxiliary materials and modifiers.

Raw material features:

(1) Can produce hard seals.

(2) Low cost: compared with other raw material seals, the price is lower.

(3) Good aging resistance: the service life of modified PVC under normal conditions is not less than 15 years.

(4) Good oil resistance: modified PVC added powder butyl cyanide, with good oil resistance.

(5) The hardness of the soft seal changes with temperature: compared with other raw material seals, the hardness changes with temperature.

TPE Seal:

The raw material is mainly made of thermoplastic rubber SEBS mixed with other auxiliary materials.

Raw material features:

(1) Harmless, environmental protection: does not contain heavy metals, can be renewed and used to achieve food hygiene level.

(2) Small density: the density is less than 1, which is only equivalent to 67% of the EPDM raw material seal.

(3) Good aging resistance: the service life under normal conditions is not less than 20 years.

(4) The hardness changes with the temperature is small: the application temperature can reach -70ºC to 120ºC, in the temperature range of -20ºC to 40º, Shore hardness change is not higher than 4HA, better than the traditional raw material PVC and EPDM seal.

(5) Good resilience: under the condition of compression rate of 30% and 70℃×24h, the compression deformation is 22%; Under the same conditions, the EPDM seal is 75%.

(6) High tear strength: TPV is 50 KN/M under ASTM D624 test.
