The inflatable sealing ring, also known as the air bag, is hollow inside and has one or more charging (discharging) air nozzles.

Use

Inflatable seals are mainly used in one of the following situations:

※ Clearance seal between large hatch doors and hatches. The general perimeter of the hatch door is large, affected by processing and assembly accuracy or by changes in ambient temperature, resulting in thermal expansion and contraction, resulting in inconsistent or changing gaps that need to be sealed, and the range of change is generally 3-5mm or even larger, and it is difficult to achieve the ideal sealing effect with ordinary seals. In this case, it is necessary to have a sealing product that can change with the gap, and the inflatable sealing ring is a new sealing technology achievement that has been successfully developed to meet the sealing requirements;

※ Pipe ports and valves that open and close frequently. Mainly reflected in the dust pipes in the power and chemical industries, this pipeline needs to be regularly opened, dredged and then closed. This kind of pipeline is generally more than ￠300mm, the use of flange cover and ordinary gasket and bolt locking will increase a lot of maintenance hours and installation difficulty. If the inflatable seal ring is used, the above problems will all be solved, the use of few bolts or even do not know the use of bolts only use the buckle can be locked;

※ Automatic plastic bag canning of powder food. Install an inflatable sealing ring on the port of the canning. After putting on the plastic bag, the sealing ring expands to tighten the plastic bag. After the canning is finished, the plastic bag will automatically fall off. In this case, the canning efficiency is greatly improved;

※ Pharmaceutical machinery;

※ Experimental equipment.
